All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping (South Africa): 2–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier constraints or high demand periods.

4. Order Tracking

Nelofy is not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Courier delays beyond our control
Weather or unforeseen logistical disruptions
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
6. Failed Deliveries / Returned Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
The package may be returned to us
Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping fee
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Free Shipping (Optional – Customize)
We offer free standard shipping on orders over R770 (subject to change).
